Staff is very professional, caring and friendly. I love the optometrist. She was great and explained everything involved in my eye care.

Hello, good afternoon, I went to this place to try to make an appointment and the guy's attitude made me leave the premises and not make any appointments. I felt discriminated against as a Hispanic and I walked out of the store and I will never return to this place again. Thank you for not provide a service.

I came in 15 min before my appointment. The first thing the Man asked, which im assuming is the optometric tech, is if I was picking up. I said no im here for an appointment. Him and young lady at the front desk sighed. All they said was its gonna be a long wait you have 2 patients ahead of you but you can have a seat. I asked if they needed a name, she said no I have to call the insurance company I cant do both things at the same time. Very nasty encounter. The Optometric tech then came up to me asking if I was sure if I wanted to keep my appointment or reschedule because it was a long wait. I left early for work and really needed an appointment and he seemed frustrated that I was not trying to reschedule. I also told them I didnt know I scheduled for a tele-health and he responds with everyone says that but it clearly says it on the website when you schedule. I ended up leaving, never coming back here. Their attitudes were very nasty and it seemed like everyone hated their jobs except a new guy who asked if we were already helped. Go to myeyedr instead, very friendly :).
