I have been taking my car here for several years after they were recommended to me by my mechanic for warranty work and other work that needed to be done. (My mechanic had a 4-week back log and couldn't service our car). Everyone we have worked with in the service department has been wonderful. This time around I am facing some pricy repairs, not unusual for an older vehicle, and my service writer, Carlos, has been wonderful. He explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, and what the price would be and why. He tracked down a loaner vehicle for me and was going to apply some discounts so the price won't be so high. I would recommend them to anyone with a VW.

From the beginning of getting a call from the dealership, reminding me of maintenance that I would need to do for the vehicle to all the way to my appointment. Everything went great with checking in the work was pretty fast. They kept me informed of everything that was happening. Once they found out things that may need to be done above the regular scheduled maintenance. They informed me of what that was in the potential cause for it to make a decision to do the work providing me information on if its an immediate that needed to be done or if its something that could wait in Case I had financial concerns and provided me with great advice on what to do for the repairs
