The Vine

This is an excellent apartment. I've lived here for almost 4 years and was sad when it came time to move out. The staff is extremely responsive and friendly to all your needs. The walls are thick, making the apartments quiet and private. The maintenance team is excellent, they always address what you need promptly and professionally. There is a massive parking garage so it is never cramped or stressful to park where you need to. It's a great place!

The Vine has a very tranquil vibe. The staff is very kind and always there to help. We are new to the Vine. The lobbys decor and style makes living here feel so luxury. The Vine have hosted fun events and we cant wait to see what is next. Update: We moved and then had to move back. Still good quality...although the staff has changed. The Vine is one of the best apartments around. Newer apartments with stylish interior in a safe area. Please note no apartment is perfect (because it truly depends on how the tenants treat their home) however the Vine is close to it.

The best apartment community I have lived in. The office management team is top notch. The cleaning crew is outstanding, every corner of the property is always spotless. Apartments are spacious and have that nice luxurious feel to them. The community has beautiful amenities, a huge gym, conference room and a great patio area with a firepit!

I moved in a month ago and everything went smooth. Today I decided to write my review, because the service I received today was spectacular. To start the maintenance team just happen to be young and they take their job very seriously. I called the leasing office and complained to Bryce that my dish washer and toilet were not working properly. Bryce immediately got to working out a solution to my issues. I did not know that Cody had actually started working on everything and when I got home the toilet issue was fixed. Then today I spoke to Nick about the dish washer and Cody had already been working on a plan. Today he finished working on the dish washer and today everything is fixed and working flawlessly. This building is quiet, safe and a luxury zen palace. Thank you BRYCE, NICK and CODY for your help.

These are nice apartments but you will hear everything! From your upstairs neighbors, to the kids running in the hall, to the normal level conversations down on the street below. I can even hear the chime the front door makes when someone fobs in. Me havin to hear every single scrape of them shoveling snow prompted this review. I suppose if you dont live on the front of the building, you wont hear as much. Also, all the apartments dont have balconies. If thats important to you. Other than that, apts are spacious. Amenities are nice. Maintenance is quick to respond. Parking is plentiful within garage for residents. Weird policy for visitor parking (you have to sign out a visitors pass if guests want to park in garage). Leasing staff is also quick to respond. But ive had mixed results when dealing with them and issues ive had. Also feels a lil pricey for what youre getting.
