Tall Oaks Apartments

I recently applied for a unit at Tall Oaks Apartments. I was helped by Christina Gerardo who was nothing short of amazing (I was not the easiest person to work with). The unit I applied for was not immediately available even though it said it was online but Christina made sure that I was accommodated and was able to move in sooner than expected. The unit that was made available to me seemed to be even better than what I originally anticipated. Since moving in, everything has been up to par. The community is very nice and quiet, everything is kept clean, plenty of parking, nice modern appliances and lots of space. The carpets were brand new, big clean windows and closets. The leasing office has answered all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner and honestly made the move in process so comfortable and easy that not much could deter my experience. Seems like I found a hidden gem!

The washer/dryer is located in what would have been our newborn's bedroom causing concern for electrical fire and mold & mildew hazards towards the baby. This W/D location was not disclosed to us before signing the lease in the tour, and the only possibility given to us was to close the lease with a 60 day termination requiring us to still pay 2 months rent for an apartment we won't even reside in.

I moved in Tall Oaks in 2005, and it was really nice w/excellent maintenance staff, but over the years became a dump with hearing neighbors fighting, marijuana smell through vents, hallway with dirty filthy carpet, & the list goes on...Do NOT move into these apartments.

Itll be 2 years of me living here this upcoming April and I must say, I do like where I live! I feel safe, valued when it comes to the needs of my living comfortably. The leasing office staff is absolutely fantastic. If I have any issues they are very quick to jump on it! Maintenance is always there in a hurry if Im ever having any troubles. Its a lot of shopping & restaurants that are in walking distance. Its been good living here thus far.

I have been living at TallOaks for about 2 months now, my first time at talloaks from inquiring about becoming a resident the service I received was out of this world from the management and the other staff ,it's been one of the best decisions I've made. I have consistently experienced the best residential support services at Tall Oaks Apartments. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. They always prioritize the tenants needs and are truly understanding and professional. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, I receive a prompt response. Whether it was servicing the furnace or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensures that I have an optimal living environment. I will strongly recommend Tall Oaks Apartments to all friends and associates looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Tall Oaks Apartments, its all in the service. I couldnt be happier! Thank you Tall Oaks Apartments for making my stay here and my transition to the area a great experience.
