As tenants we enjoy the amenities and community events The Seasons have to offer. Two pools, so there is one every day of the week to visit during summer months. Multiple playgrounds. The gym has become my favorite, as it is convenient so close to home. My daughter thoroughly enjoys the holiday celebrations. Maintenance has been responsive and thorough each time I request service. Something as simple as changing a light bulb they are quick and efficient. Their attempts to keep the community clean and nice looking does not go unnoticed. They have even power washed my patio each spring. Recently, they have begun working with local law enforcement on our safety and placed security cameras at all the entrances. Job well done!

I've been living here for 2 months, and it seems like a lovely place, very quiet, very safe, I would recommend it to anyone. -Juan Carlos Rivas.

I cannot stress enough how professional and helpful the leasing/management staff have been. They helped address some issues I was having and navigated through the process with me calmly and for hours. Christina, Dana, and Monica have all been patient, compassionate and kept me calm. They all are so pleasant and welcoming each time I walk into the office.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I lived here before on Livery Lane (different management, we believe back then). We ended up moving out and moving to the luxury apartments up the street used to be Windsor at Contee Crossing now its Aventura. The process of coming back to this place was a red flag. But we have a daughter and couldnt continue to live in a hotel before moving here. We received an email stating that our application was denied for an unknown reason when calling the property manager Monica. She stated oh that email wasnt for your family ?????? First red flag. Again, with our situation we still signed the lease. Your day of move in they give you the fake run down of how things will work. Every other month the rent ranges from $1788-$1875 with all these fees. They charge us for trash and the trash people BARELY take the trash out. I called the management desk one day asking if that was a fee that can be taken off due to them never picking the trash up. They stated no and that theyd call/text them to pick up. Theyre pick up days are Sunday-Thursday and one of the guys told me your trash needs to be out before 9am even though they come at 1 in the afternoon at the latest. If your trash is not out by a certain time you get a FINE that the seasons dont explain to you. If you have boxes not broken down, a FINE. Only one bag of trash is taken by the trash men. Youll also get a violation and be on watch from the trash men supervisor (I was told this by the actual guy taking my trash one day) same guy who walked past our trash twice today and didnt pick up. Lets get into how these apartments are cheaply made. The floor squeaks as if we live in an old house with wooden floors and we have carpet. The paint jobs are horrible. The drywall jobs are hideous. The patchwork is horrendous. They have holes in places holes shouldnt be. Weve been here since March 17th. We seen our first mice on Oct 23rd. Ran into a hole where the dishwasher is located. When we seen it we immediately called the maintenance manager at 3:21 and she told us no one was there to fix our problem. Everyone was gone for the day. I expressed to her my frustrations and at the end of the day you could tell no one cared. We have a 2 year old toddler. No one wants to live with rodents and were paying almost $2k for a NON LUXURY cheaply made apartment. Maintenance will mark your tickets as completed and theyve never came by to even complete the work order. A month after moving in and taking a shower the tub started to peel. It took them a week to get us a contractor to fix that issue. Theres cracks in the walls and ceilings all they do is paint over it again before it falls and it be a liability. I could say so much more. But please. Take your money elsewhere for your peace of mind and sanity. Grateful to have a roof over my head but Id rather have another one! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
