    I have been attempting to reach the leasing office for about a month and a half now. I keep calling during business hours. I have left messages on the apartment that I would like to look at. My current lease is going to expire in a couple of months so I was looking to move in May. But at this point I dont think I want to live somewhere where I cant even reach the leasing office for a month. Its extremely confusing that I can see them responding to reviews but they cant answer an email or pick up the phone for a prospective resident. Extremely poor availability and communication.

    Went to look at an apartment and was greeted by several roaches, some died and some alive. Meaning there are several throughout the building. Just Nasty.

    Beware dont apply here this company will keep your 200 supposed security deposit done by debit card , if youre denied and say that you will receive a paper check . No where on the website says that you will receive a paper check in return I would never have given them 200 to hold until they see fit to return my monies . Beware !!!

    Okay so I have sent emails to the property manager attempted to call the leasing office and spoke with a girl named Jay that keeps telling me the property manager ( Kendra Barnes ) is out of office. I have moved out of this apartment building at the beginning of June of last year due to my ex and I splitting up. During that time I signed papers for my name to be removed off the lease and papers were given to Joslyn Thompson which has never been pleasant to deal with but the papers were given to her but I was told by the young lady name Jay that works there now that Joslyn no longer works there, the primary person who paid the rent was still living there at the time of my removal. Anywho it is now March 2024 and I am being told that I owe an outstanding balance of 7000 dollars which is in the process of going to collections. I have reached out to the collection agency to dispute. I cant believe no one from murn management or the property manager will contact me back regarding this issue. When Joseph was the property manager he always was there and responded to my emails with any issues I was having, great customer service. There is NO WAY i should have an outstanding balance when I moved out at the beginning of JUNE and made sure I signed all requirement documents for my named to be removed off the lease, Im not sure what Joslyn did with the paperwork but she reassured me that my name was removed off before leaving. I honestly should have took pictures but didnt think I needed to smh. At this point Im ready to get my lawyer involved because this is not right and no one from the property will contact me.

    Every other month since July of last year my hot water has gone out. This is the forth time it has happened and each time, for whatever reason it takes 3-4 days to restore. I have asked to have the hot water heater replaced, but instead, I'm given temporary fixes that don't last. My experience with the current Murn management staff and maintenance team is that they are always pleasant and professional. But I pay too much in rent here to go for days without basic necessities like hot water, especially in the dead of winter. "I sincerely apologize" isn't cutting it anymore. A prorated credit on my rent for every day that I go without hot water would be a start. Or putting me up in a hotel until the problem gets fixed would be acceptable. But "I'm truly sorry" is no longer enough.
