    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Poor quality. Upon moving in, they changed my apartment 3 times!! At this point furniture deliveries had to be re-routed at the last minute. Once I did begin moving in, they were still painting the apartment. The quality of woodwork and plumbing were horrendous. The water was always being shut off for maintenance while plenty of us would be working at home. Once there were a lot of car thefts in the area. Management sent an email referencing Beyonce's trailer being broken into. As if that would ease the tension for others. They have also misplaced my rent funds to another apartment. I came home to a Sheriff's notice on my door! When people have asked about Steeplechase, I refer them to Northampton or other apartments in the area.

    Honest Input My experience has been by far the worst experience ever. I currently live 5 mins away and always thought highly of this place because the grounds of this place is hardly ever unpresentable. However, you dont really get to see whats really going on from the outside no of this building. The place is horrible , I have met two groups of staff. First being the old staff Michelle and Will. They were great in the beginning but somewhere along the lines the ball was dropped. I sent my personal information to the (paystubs , Id , bank info) then out of nowhere they didnt respond. I sent multiple emails trying to receive help and to get a status on my completed application. A week goes by and I decided to go in person in attempt to talk to some one. Also , in the most of going , Oliver the virtual guy that answers the phone is a headache. When I went in person I learned from the second group of set of staff that the old team was fired. Taleyaregional manager started off good until she started to provide inconsistent information, and constantly used the phrase I dont know too much. She would give me a time frame to reach out and never adhered to it. She made me come up there to view properties that were quote on quote empty, however it appeared that people were squatting or unauthorized to be in the units after their documents showed that the units were vacant. We went to doors that were supposed to be empty to only be greeted by people inside ( intrusion is a real thing ) . Then she kept telling me information about units that she had no clue about. She gave me an appointment to come back the next day , just to find out that she wasnt there. I met with Monica who also work in the office the other staff member. She gave a me a tour to a unit that was in bad shape. The wall was painted blue, the door looked like someone got their handy man to repair it , the pole on closets were in bad shape (if you put any weight on them they would fall). She told me that she would contact me in 24 hr here it is 2 days later and shes asking me for documents after I was told that I was approved by the property by the regional manager. Furthermore , I found out 2 weeks later that I was approved and at my new home it took 24hrs. I went to this property maybe 8+ times to check in about 3 times they had a sign posted that said open but they were actually closed. Talked to a few residents who stated that their heat was out (asking for space heaters), another guy stated that their material is cheap and that they do what they want. Like PLEASE mark my word, I have no reason to lie to guys Im fairly patient and honest. However , Im living at this point because I feel like they wasted a lot of my time my lease ends on the 23rd and they are just reaching back out to me today. Mind you Ive been at this process over 3 weeks now. Please dont be fooled by this bay 3.9 rating . The inside of the apartments look very very cheap and the staff thus far was bad. I would appreciated a them being honest rather than spinning me in circles. Please dont go !!!! Also, I went to view the property at night time and they had a police standing in front of the rental office posted as if he was out to get someone and made me kind of nervous to come on the property as he peeking oover at me from a distance . I dont know if he was working or what. All in all this experience has been unpleasant. Images below is supposed to be an apartment ready for move in. I kindly declined their offer.

    They lost my package and wouldnt answer the phone and when I came up to get updates they were always closed DURING BUSINESS HOURS! Its like trying to get in contact with the president.

    GHETTO!!! I had a tour today scheduled for 4:30 nobody was in the office when I arrived I just had gotten off work just to drive all the way there and no one to be in the office with the lights out smh tried calling numerous of times over the phone no answer! mind you I had a previous tour last week on Wednesday that was rescheduled for no apparent reason! I would not recommend this place to anyone thats currently searching for an apartment so unprofessional!

    This place is horrible! Do NOT move here. We were supposed to be moving into a 2bdrm on March 17th, when we asked for April 1st, lets start there. Then they realized the 17th was a Sunday in which they arent open for business (as if theyre ever open during actual business hours) secondly we put our $200 deposit down for holding the unit (which I will definitely be getting back) the day before our MOVE IN we sent emails, left voicemails and everything to make sure we were still good to pick up our keys etc. weve heard NOTHING! So I decided to pop up a whole day after our scheduled MOVE IN DAY & they had a sign on the door saying OPEN. When in actuality they were NOT! I will be going back in a few hours but this time I will NOT be nice about it! See pics below for my proof that not a soul was in the office during the hours of operation this is sad

My experience has been by far the worst experience ever. I currently live 5 mins away and always thought highly of this place because the grounds of this place is hardly ever unpresentable.
