Very very unresponsive, don't believe look at other reviews. Very hard to get easy items such as purchase orders. Not sure if this is on par with other contractors but we aren't impressed.

My home/apartment was broken into, vandalized and all vontents, clothung furniture, bedding, carpet, food, toiletrees splayed with some type of toxic spray that made your lungs feel like you were suffocating (took the air out them). I contacted 3 restoration companies and hired VIP. Julian's people came packed out the apartment and stored my items. A very limited inventory was given. VIP billed my insurance company over 15 hundred dollars for monthly storage. This caused my insurance company to investigate the claim. The investigate has gone on for five month. Two months into the investigation I asked Julian of VIP to move my item or tell me where they were and I would move them to a place that I would be responsible for. I didn't know how long the investigation would last and his storage fees were expensive. He ignored me. He's pretty pushy and stated this is how the insurance works. Fast forward 3 months later and the investagation is on going. QBE is asking for a detailed inventory and pictures which I don't have access to because VIP refuses to tell me where my items are stored. Sept 30 2020 he calls cussing and threatening stating the items have been sold at auction. But if I pay him 12 hundred he can take me to the man who bought them. I. Have no problem paying . I've had several conversation with Julian trying to get my items. While he gets to stall and get over a thousand dollars a month in storage fees from the insurance company. I file a pole report and pass the is due over to my insurance company for now.

Shotty work. Overpriced and unprofessional. Don't pick this company. You will have more problems than just a wet basement. This is their idea of a job well done. This is just one of many issues I had. Upper management will not call me back and to top it off their contractor has decided the best course of action is to harass me with texts and phone calls. I had to block him as what he had to say were not nice words all due to a bad review. He should learn from bad reviews not try to bully people into changing them so he looks good and can move on to scam another person. Beware! Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

With all thats going on COVID and the rain that we have been having VIP Restoration really helped me fix the water damage in my basement. I usually dont write reviews but I would definitely recommend there services to anyone. Great job Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

VIP Restoration has been one of the most responsive, flexible, and acquiescent contractors. It started with my frantic call to VIP Restoration with a flood in my basement and I was greeted with a live person, not an automated system to frustrate me more while in panic state, who immediately took my pertinent information with courtesy and care. I received a call from a VIP employee within less than forty five minutes and they willing to come out ASAP. The contractors came prepared based on my assessment of the problem. During the mitigation/clean-up process the communication with some of the contractors was initially poor and challenging. However, after providing my feedback to the company owner the level of communication increased and became progressively better - honest and good follow up. VIP willingness to accommodate the customer to the best of their ability in such grievous conditions has been appreciative, welcoming, and pleasant. Overall experience has been great. I definitely would contact them again if faced with a catastrophe with regards to my home
