This is the first time I have to wait for my stuff I shipped since January and all now I havent received a call to come pick up my stuff I shipped to Montego Bay from January and now we in April when I call only thing they can tell me is they dont see anything yet or it will be there Friday I waited two weeks still nothing

My cargo was picked on the 3rd of February. The ETA was the March the 8. My family called the agent in the country of destination and was told the cargo would be arriving on March 10. I called CCDC and was informed that the cargo was there on March 10.Since my family did not hear back from the agent after giving them a few days she called today March 19 only to be informed that the cargo will be ready on March 24. I called CCDC and was told the cargo will be arriving on March 24 and my family can expect to pick up the cargo in April. I was not given any explanation of why March 8 turned into some time in April. I will be looking for other shipping company for my cargo. I star is too much. They are not very reliable or professional.
Thank you for contacting the agent in Grenada on my behalf. But that did not help me one bit because my cargo is going to Port -Of- Spain Trinidad.
