      image Terrible customer service. Everyone in the office are all the same: rude! I regret using their service. The most painful part is that they don’t care about the status of your shipment. In my case I had to call the actual carrier (ACL) to get information directly from them. This is how I stayed ahead of Bonaberi. My shipment had arrived and Bonaberi didn’t know, what a shame !! I had to call the carrier myself and found my shipment was delivered 4 days prior. This lack of update from Bonaberi cost me extra money in Demurrage.
      If you ever use their service, you’re just paying them to do most of their basic work for them.
