        The technician was professional and effective - He succeeded when no other company could. It you want the job done right, the first time, with little time. Call them! Services: Drain cleaning, Sewer cleaning, Sump pump repair

        Difficulty turning off shower faucet in bathroom rarely used in April 2021..American Home Shield assign job to Fast Tech. Plumber said nothing wrong just needs to be lubricated. Same issue 2 months later. Used different service. Told them what Fast Tech did and was told lubricant is a temporary solution but not a fix. Turned out the gasket had gone bad. I can't help but think if Fast Tech had been more thorough in diagnosing problemit would have been resolved the first time. Would rate zero stars if possible. Service: Faucet repair
