Shawn was very responsive and prompt in replying to my call and in showing up. He explained the problem clearly and exactly what needed to be done. He cleaned up and left the work area in immaculate condition, I would call him again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I called SC plumbing at 7am with little expectation that I would be able to get a same day appointment so I asked if I could schedule to get my toilet repaired this week. Shawn stated that he could be at my house by 8am. He arrived at 8am sharp and proceeded to fix my toilet. He was very proficient and professional and in less than 30 min he had recovered the toys that my 3 year old son flushed down the toilet. Thank you so much SC Plumbing for a job well done. Shawn came to my home to do a water heater flush and pointed out some other obvious other issues that needed to be done. He was professional yet personable. I will definitely be using him again if I have any other plumbing issues. I would definitely give him an A+ for professionalism and workmanship.

Shawn was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely takes pride in his work and was quick to respond to my morning plumbing emergency!!
