If you're going to mess up someone's order, you shouldn't give attitude and make fun of them for pointing it and having it fixed. The food is good, but some staff members need training on customer service etiquette.

Fellow truckers do yourselves a favor and walk over to IHOP. I ate hear 3 times in the last 2 days and will never eat here again. The food is bland and small portions and not fully cooked. The waitress tonight was very rude and tried to add an extra charge on my bill. Got more of an attitude when I pointed it out. Its bad enough that we have to deal with shippers and receivers attitude a lot its even worse when we have to deal with it while trying to relax with a sit down meal. Do not waste your time eating here!! They should just close this Country Pride!

BADLY EDUCATED SHOPPER WITHOUT ANY ETHICS
They have neither professionalism nor good treatment... GARBAGE GARBAGE FROM PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE I couldn't eat because they threw me out... They moved me to a very hard chair with no comfort ...because the shop assistant is afraid of dogs....
He treated me very badly and told me everything very loudly;

I was tired, I didn't read the reviews, I paid the price, in more ways than one. Also it's 25 bucks in the restaurant or $30 in the store to get free parking validate your ticket, not a combination of both, if you walk out of the restaurant with a receipt for $24 no good, if you walk out of the store with a receipt for $29 no good., if you add up both of those 53 dollars no good. They won't even validate your ticket unless you it's a full $25 in the restaurant or a full $30 in the store.
