I went with this company because they were able to service my jet pump quickly, I wouldnt use them again. They fixed my issue, but when i asked for a breakdown of the cost they refused to give it to me. Im not asking for a discount or anything of that nature, i realize this type of thing can cost allot. But I cant compare prices between companies if you wont tell me how much you charge per hour. I dont think its good practice for a company to hide how much they charge and i wouldnt hire them again on that bases. Just be honest with your customers.
