Cannot say enough good things about Jones. Was using another company and they couldnt get the pump out and also mentioned I may have an issue with the well. Called Jones and the very next morning they came out, got the pump out no problem, replaced the pump and wiring and informed me the well is perfectly fine. These guys dug a well for me a few years ago. The home is being built now and the company installing the water system has informed me the bottom of the well is blown out. I asked Jones about some water testing and to take a look at the well for me. I did get a phone call right away on June 21st and scheduled some water testing with them. It never happened. I emailed on July 1 for an update. I called on July 13th and left a message with a very nice lady. I emailed again on July 21st and nothing. So here I am letting people know what to expect for any sort of after service. Service: Well installation

Emailed them about my low pressure in house (20 psi usually 42). They responded 10 minutes after email was sent. Came out days later and replaced my pump and wiring ($3700). Afterwards my pressure would fluctuate between 40 and 8 psi. Pretty frustrating to pay $3700 and have worse pressure than you did before. Called them and they came out and told me everythings fine. I emailed back and said how is everything fine if my pressure is worse than before I had pump replaced. They didnt respond. My water is also very brown. I just remodeled my house with new toilet,sinks,faucets,tub, appliances and Im worried the brown water will stain them. Is this normal? Does it go away in time? I emailed them again asking this and no response. The bottom line is if you email them about a potential sale youll get a response immediately. If you email them with a question or problem with the work they did theyll never respond.
