I would highly recommend Loch Raven Remodeling. I recently had my kitchen remodeled due to a dishwasher leak. Having to deal with Insurance, there is always a headache involved. But Gino and Bri made the process move so smoothly. Dave and his team did a great job! It looks great! We are having them do more work for us in the near future.

Had roof replaced in 2018 with a 10 year warranty was very pleased with initial job, but made an appt on past Tuesday we have a leak in roof, never showed up, my husband called and Gino had forgotten, so understandably with the holiday we rescheduled for yesterday Thursday, AGAIN NO SHOW, no answering the phone and have left several messages and no return calls , GUESS HE DOESN'T HONOR THE WARRANTY YOU PAID FOR

Loch Raven Remodeling refurbished a townhouse for me that included a new bathroom and a new kitchen. Gino and his crew did a solid job using good quality materials and were prompt in delivery of the finished product. They were responsive, timely and control the trades so its one stop shop.
