We used Taylor Made for our addition and highly recommend. Doug, Chris, and Tim worked months at our house and are true craftsman - thinking of every detail to make our addition fit seamlessly into our 1920's house. The attention to detail and recommendations from Tim made the project truly special and will definitely work with him again. Very good at communicating and flexible to feedback as we worked on the 6+ month project. With a lifetime warranty on the work, it was easy for us to select the team.

Do not recommend. Contractor would not honor what he agreed to. He tried to have us sign a new contract midway into the work; we did not. We lost all confidence in the integrity of the company. The owner did not honor his word on multiple occasions. He pulled his crew from the job. He is convincing upfront but we had a very bad experience.

They did an exceptional job on our project. They were extremely helpful in the planning of our project, which was challenging because of the historical nature of our building. They gave us daily updates, and consulted with us frequently to make sure they were doing everything that we needed. The finished product was everything that we had hoped for. We are a historic church (St. Mary's, Abingdon), and we needed lead paint remediation, gutters, and drainage issues resolved. Because we are a historic site, it was necessary to make sure that anything that was done to the exterior of the building did not look 'too modern', but at the same time, we wanted the exterior of the building to be as maintenance free as possible. Completely unprofessional behavior from the owner. So glad we fired them before they got started.
