I got a call from the stylist 30 minutes later saying she just got in and she never shows up that early and that it wasnt her fault and her manager messed up REGARDLESS, I drove 60 mins round trip for this appointment and sat 30 mins for NOTHING. No mitigations, no solutions and no apologies.
This place is poorly mismanaged. I got several confirmation texts, showed up early, and didnt get anything. The manager on duty said she would pass this incident along to the general manager and that I would get a call from them within 48 hours, that was a week ago. I never received a call. This location is poorly mismanaged and they clearly dont care about mitigating these issues because they didnt even have the decency to call me about this issue when they said they would. Save your money and go elsewhere.
