        Not only do you have to bag your own groceries at self-checkout, but you have to bag them even if there happens to be a cashier ringing you up. 'Customer service' reps are standing around chatting it up about personal matters or standing there, looking down at their phones, yet there are no cashiers. When things did not ring up properly at self-checkout you would have thought I ruined their day by asking for assistance. Not sure how the store is saving money by paying non-friendly people to stand around doing nothing to help. It's bad enough we have to pay more for groceries... now you have to work for it while people getting paid stand around doing nothing. I will be looking for a grocery store that offers customer service.

        Good selection and prices; helpful personnel. There have been some upgrades to the refrigerated sections and to the pre-made deli section. The small Starbucks concession is in the process of moving to a larger space on the other side of the customer service area, as of 19 March 2024.
