If you plan on getting an open box item from best buy be aware that if they destroy it you are out of luck and have to either find another open box which is almost impossible, or buy a new one. They don't care about fixing the problem or taking care of the customer. They just write the product off and take forever to process your credit, won't do anything for your inconvenience either. Don't bother calling their complaint number bc it was goes around in a circle and you are sitting on hold for endless hours .

Best Buy is a fraudulent company. Do not buy your major appliances from here. I purchased an open box item from this location because it was closing. They damaged the item prior to it getting to me. They gave me a big run around the store tells you to call resolution and resolution says to go to the store. No one wants to take responsibility. Dont buy any major appliances from them. You will surely regret the run around.
