        The store and staff are friendly and my review is not a reflection of their attempt to provide me with service. Rather, my review and rating is based on Best Buy itself. Their return policies and lack of sympathy for me in attempting to return a defective product were out of touch. I won't be touching another product purchased through Best Buy with a 10 foot pole, and had to take my return directly back to the manufacturer.
