        I called ahead of time before driving over an hour all the way there to make sure they could help with what I needed and they assured me over the phone they had what I needed and could assist and when I got there they greeted me with an attitude and did nothing and made up excuses refused to change my battery or even sell me one so I could do it myself. Wouldn't even recommend somewhere to get one. Waste of time and gas, terrible customer service. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

        I brought my iPhone in to get the battery replaced and Geek Squad gave it back to me with a broken power button. They did inform me that it was broken and said they could order the part and fix it, but they would need to keep my phone. I NEED my phone to make money. I cant take off work for a whole week and sit at home because Best Buy needs to hold my phone hostage for some reason. Also, it took over 2 hours to change the battery even though I had an appointment. The second star is only because the members I interacted with were pleasant. UPDATE: A satisfactory resolution was reached.
