image I recently rented a Nissan Senada from enterprise and the customer service was amazing. Everybody was so cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately I had to continue to rent the car a lot longer than expected. Everybody was so helpful and the prices are very affordable and Andrew was a big help.

image The area manager is terrible. I rented a car with this enterprise a few weeks ago and had a good experience. We had a funeral to go to, so I booked a car with the same enterprise. This time the area manager is at the desk and says she cant rent a car because my license is missing corners (no information is missing, it fully scans, and Ive flown with it with no issue.) I point out this isnt listed anywhere in their policy or when booking a car, and this same enterprise rented me a car with this exact license a few weeks ago. She says Im not a policy or word person but just because we rented you a car last week doesnt mean we can rent you one today. She then suggested I try Hertz or Avis and just kept saying the same thing she cant explain why, exactly just cant. So I guess just save your time and try Hertz or Avis.

image This place is total mess.My car got into accident and because it near home tje insurance preserve the rental for me. I had to wait for one week to get it. They charged me 163 regardless giving them my insurance coverage. After 3 days they called me to return the car and yet the rental had been extended by
tje insurance responsible.I cancelled my shift to return the car and upon arrival i shown them the text from insurance and also we called the insurance and the manager talked with them. The nzxt day again they camled me while at work to return the car and i had to call off the work and go to the rental office again. The insurance called and they spoke with the manager again that they had extended the car rental and they dont know why they are bothering me too much.To make the matter worse they caherged me 18 dollars and again 211 dollors on 17of this month without my notice. I went to the office and the response was getting was not clear
.The car they gave me have so many scratches and according to how i saw people there crying because of false scratch am so scared .My rental is due on 27 but am fed up and i think of returning the car. Am also scared of my information they already have like credit card. Cars are not clean and smells weeds.I will not recomend anyone there and not recommending anyone to use credit or card use cash. Managment should be changed to new and professional. It worset and yet to writte another review after i return the car.
