Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Booked a car online. Got there to get it they put me in a car. I go to return it and was charged for an upgrade. One I did not ask for. The manager was a complete waste of time. I called corporate and they relayed how they can easily see the mistake made and will be refunded in 21 business days I rented the car in February. And have spoke to corporate 3 times since. Its now July and I have yet to get my refund. Company obviously has an issue with recycling employees which is why theres so much confusion when I call. I have a need for 2 more rentals over next 2 months and Ill use hertz. They have never had bad customer service!

Second time I rented from Enterprise this year and both times the vehicles were vacuumed on the inside but the interior windows and the outside of the vehicles were both filthy.

The Westminster branch always exceeds 5 star service, from cleanliness, vehicle selection, customer service and communication!

I travel frequently for work and prefer to drive when I can. The staff here are always helpful and friendly but the cars are rarely clean not sanitized as claimed. Not most recent rental was not disgusting. The inside of windshield was visibly dirty and when i wiped down the steering wheel for good measure the cloth was black. And alignment was so far off that I traded it for another vehicle when i got to my destination.

Madison, Malik, Markus and the rest of the Westminster Enterprise team is outstanding. Ive rented from this location several times and they always go above and beyond to serve their customers. Highly recommend using this Enterprise for your next vehicle rental needs. They are the best!
