I have been working with BMG since 2020. They manage two of my properties in Prince Georges County, Maryland. Within this 4 year period, I have had two property managers. Both of them have been great. My current property manager is Gie Angeles. He is very responsive and works to resolve issues when they arise. In 2020, I chose BMG to manage my property due to their professionalism, organizational structure (team for leading, team for property management, maintenance people on staff, etc), and their willingness to answer all of my questions about their property management company. After 4 years, I am happy to be still working with them.

Louigie "Gie" Angeles, our BMG property manager, is always respectful, courteous, and proactive. As a tenant, Gie is prompt with all of our concerns or issues affecting the property. Gie responds quickly to our queries, requests, or complaints in a timely and professional manner. He is always polite, friendly, and empathetic!

I've been using Bay Property Management for my property in Howard County for two years. The beginning had its challenges, but I want to give special recognition to Michael MacKay for his exceptional assistance during my first year. Despite my need for a unique approach to my management contract, Michael MacKay was incredibly accommodating, customizing the agreement to meet my specific requirements.
Now in my second year, what really stands out is the responsiveness and efficiency of the management team. Tanya Glover has been outstanding. She was swift in preparing and finalizing contract with my tenants and proactively managed my BGE account. Before I even mentioned it, she had already canceled my service and coordinated with the tenants to ensure they signed up, guaranteeing uninterrupted electric service. Her foresight and initiative have been invaluable.
Currently, I'm working with Victor Guerrero as my property manager, and I'm very satisfied with his service. Victor Guerrero has been prompt in returning my calls and adept at resolving any issues that arise, always ensuring I understand any charges or bills.
Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the service I've received, especially this year. The support from Bay Property Management, especially from individuals like Tanya Glover, Victor Guerrero, and Michael MacKay, has been reliable and thoughtful, making the management of my property in Howard County a much smoother experience.
