If I could give a rating worst than a 1 star, I would. I have made numerous calls, and sent multiple emails and to this day I have never received a call back about my issue that I made last year. If I would have known about them being the HOA management of my community prior to buying my home, I seriously would have second guessed purchasing it.

I just had with a question that turned into a request as well. The person who answered the call was relatively new and seemed everything I would hope for: sounded sincere, earnest in her intent to answer the question, and cheerful all the while. By the time I spoke with the CEO, the issue was resolved in a way that accommodated my needs and timeline. I don't know the context of some of the others who left reviews, but I personally couldn't be happier!

My experience with Metropolitan Management Group has been a positive one. Recently, I called to report an issue and within two hours I received a call from Ms. Bach, the Assistant Property Manager. She was very knowledgeable, professional and personable in handling my issue. Thank you Ms. Bach and Metropolitan Management Group for handling my concern so efficiently!

I've been a homeowner within the community for almost 2 years now and haven't had the best experience with dealing with HOA. They don't respond to emails, I have to constantly follow up with repair projects myself to make sure it gets completed. Between maintenance and the office, they don't seem to be in communication. Especially when i received a $2k bill for repairs for my home that they billed me (when repairs weren't needed nor completed in my home), and had the nerve to try to get me to pay within 10 days, during a national pandemic! It's been now 2 months of me, awaiting a response from Carol Bach, who was going to investigate the repairs, but haven't received any notification, only that she was working on it. I'm now having to deal with threating legal action letters from Metropolitan regarding the non-payment! Just crazy! Hoping this situation gets resolved and my experience with them gets better, but right now, this is why I'm rating them so low.
