Had an emergency come up and needed a restroom trailer and within hours they had the trailer delivered and hooked up. Sierra Martin went above and beyond to help out with this situation and made sure everything went smooth and the follow up was fantastic. Would highly recommend using GOTUGO for any short or long term restroom needs. A+ for customer service and overall experience.

I used Gotugo for my wedding, which took place a week ago. THREE DAYS before my wedding (an outdoor ceremony & reception on family property with 160+ guests expected to attend) they tried to cancel on us because of one paper I had forgotten to sign (this part I take full responsibility for, of course). However, they already had $3,000+ of my money (paid in full) and everything was confirmed and supposedly ready to go. When they decided to cancel though, they didnt even try to contact me, but instead my fianc (listed as an emergency point of contact, incase I was completely unavailable) who had not been in correspondence with them one time, and was at work two and a half hours away from where our wedding was happening. I was listed as the main point of contact and they completely neglected to even attempt getting in touch with me. After this, they issued a refund of my money, but it never went through. When we, by some miracle, got everything worked out, they took the money out AGAIN, before the refund was back, leaving me out over $7,000 (basically having paid twice) and nearly unable to pay other vendors, as our wedding funds were in a separate account, down to almost the exact dollar for each vendor/company we had to pay. When we tried to contact them about these issues (first the last minute cancellation and then the money) it was incredibly difficult to get through; we called many times with no answer, left messages with no response, and, when we finally did get to talk to somebody from billing, they were insensitive and rude at best, saying there was nothing they could do, try talking to your bank before hanging up. The ONLY reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the restroom itself was nice enough, clean, and it was easy to turn on the generator that came with it. In addition, Terrieassistant director of saleswas phenomenal and went above and beyond to help us sort things out. If I could give her alone 5 stars, I absolutely would. Basically, a decent company in terms of quality, but entirely unprofessional and caused a lot of unnecessary stress so close to the wedding date. Would not recommend if you want someone trustworthy and reliable. I hope they get their act together and work on their customer service.
