Absolutely unprofessional company who would get 0 stars if possible. Stay away. We spent thousands of dollars for a pedestrian fence rental for a fundraising event held in Annapolis. The fence was a requirement from security as we serve alcohol and are in a public location. They failed to deliver the fence and were not accommodating with our many calls the morning of the event leading up to our general admission open. This is the first year weve had an issue, but its the first year we went with this company to provide us fencing. Would absolutely recommend everyone look elsewhere. Their failure to provide a service we paid for in advance couldve potentially cost us the event and all future events if we hadnt been able to create a last minute makeshift fence with the help of our security contractor. Zero stars.

This company was hired to provide temporary fencing for a charity event that our club hosts every year. This year we went with United site services. They confirmed our request and date yet never showed up. We called the morning of when it was beyond the time they were supposed to be there and were just transferred to a different department only to have to leave a message which nobody responded. We are required to have fencing at these events and they put the entire thing in jeopardy. The fact that they didnt show or even attempt to fix the situation shows how horrible this company is. I would give zero stars if possible. Most annoying company. The house sold and I called and cancelled services in January 2022. The contract had been paid through June 2022. I had cancelled services in January - when I received an invoice in July for July services I let them know I had sold the property in January and to call new owners. They still charged me and are harassing me about paying July invoice as they never cancelled the services in January and have no record of it.

STAY AWAY from this company. The google reviews were right. Hours of time spent on the phone getting the run around. Was promised delivery date on a Thursday, waited at the house for 12 hours since I was told sun up to sun down for delivery all for nothing ! No call no show. I call back to ask why wasnt my porta potty dropped off and was told they had the wrong address in the system TO A COMPLETE DIFFERENT STATE, I never even mentioned this address as its not where I live. I even confirmed my address when placing the order several times. Keep in mind every time I call Im on the phone for 45min plus, no one has time to deal with that. After several phone calls and trying to find another porta potty company I was told they could get the porta potty at my house the day of my party, Saturday. I said ok great. 30min later Im told they cant guarantee that any longer and it would probably arrive Sunday. I canceled my order, worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in my life wasting hours of my life trying to get a porta potty! Not to even get one!! Now I had to spend money to have a family member wait at the house for 12 hours while I was at work waiting for delivery that never came. I was charged for something that never came. Not to mention I had to pay EXTRA with another porta potty company for immediate delivery which I understand its not their fault (which has provided me excellent customer service and keeps me updated unlike this company). I had to fork out hundreds of dollars that was WASTED because I was screwed by this company. If I would have had the thing delivered at the day promised none of this would have happened. Even a simple phone call would have gone a long way. Stay away from this place, Im still trying to get my refund and thats even a hassle!! Its been three days since I requested it and Im still dealing with it today. I almost feel like Im being scammed.
