I we t here to get my nails dipped the girl ripped literally HALF MY NAIL OFF says to me it not my fault it your nail... puts a tip on it the tip literally pounted straight up with my hand flat on table I told her 3 times I didn't like it I don't want my nails pointing upward she still continued and talked to other nail techs im.sure about Me then charged me 65 dollars Even after Messing my nail up first place I've ever been I'm livid this woman had the nerve to shun responsibility an argue with me claiming my bail pointing up bc of my nails no its bc how you put the tip on my ripped nail it wasn't bad enough the ripped my nail down to nail bed no

I just moved to the area and I was hoping that I had found a nail salon that would be just as good or better than the place that I would frequent back home in Philadelphia. I had a terrible experience. The person that I was assigned to, could not understand what I wanted. He filed my nails so much at one point I had to ask him to stop filing my nails. I feel like because I was a walk-in (the place was empty) that I was given the least experienced person. My nails looked so bad that I was almost at the point of tears because I didnt want to give the man any negative energy. Now I have to start all over again. Getting my nails done are an important part of my self-care and if Im paying more than $100 for manicure and pedicure services, I expect quality. I did not receive that. I promise you that I will NOT go back

Worst manicure ever! Picked red polish and got orange. Some nails filed round others square. When asked why the color was orange. I was told in no uncertain terms it was the color I picked. First and last time to go there. Services: Manicure, Gel manicures
