I went in yesterday for a Gel X extension! The atmosphere was so cute. Sue was so kind and accommodating. I was unsure what nail art I wanted and she was able to talk it out with me! I got super cute and simple nails for spring! Id love to go again.

Idk whats going on here. I only get pedicures as an occasional treat to myself. The last two times here have been disappointing. I went about a month ago. It was a Saturday around 10:30/11 a.m. They didnt have staff for my daughter and I and asked could I comeback at 12pm. Although the manager seemed unsure if anyone would come. Today I came in by myself. I was going to get the Deluxe pedicure. So as the man started to do my feet everything seemed like barely any effort. The callous removal was rough . During the massage ,He didnt ask me what I wanted and I dont remember their being a specific scent for Deluxe Pedicure.( I think the last time I had it there they asked me what I wanted. ) The kicker for me was him trying to do my polish and then saying he would do the other steps while my polish dried. I have never had that done. And how is that supposed to be relaxing ?! At that point I asked him for the menu to see what was included in the Deluxe Pedicure. He tried to pretend he didnt understand what I was saying. So the manager came over and I told her I just wanted to do the basic pedicure. They gave me some pushback. They saw I was being firm but polite and so I did the Basic. Again the guy was haphazard and gave minimum effort. He offered no help or assistance for to get out of the chair. I was still gonna leave a tip. But, they dont take cash and I was not paying ATM fees for that kind of service. He also asked me if I was off work today. Idk where that question came from. Seeing how he treated me during the service and I was dressed down for comfort, I wonder if there were some bias there. I took off work for school and thought I would relax with a pedicure before picking up my child. But , that didnt happen. When I left I saw where I had been nicked on the side and was slightly red . Hopefully I wont get a hangnail. I think these nail salons just take for granted we will show up and pay regardless of the service or lack of. The manager usually does her best to make sure you are taken care of. Idk whats going on there lately but, I wont be back. I wish I could find a place that appreciates my business and understand this is a time for customers to relax and be pampered. I dont think its the everyone who works here. But, Im not gonna keep wasting time and money to hope for a better experience.

I always receive good customer service at Pink Nails. The salon has been renovated and is under new management. It's cute and clean. I'm always satisfied with my nails each visit. Great prices and service - Tammy, Mia and Yung are great!

Love the look in the inside. My only issue is that they give two options for pedicure $45/70, they should update their menu to show three options-- 45/70/80... ($80 for a pedi and gel polish). toes came out cute though.
