Shaun is quite the anomaly. Simply calling him a lender falls well short of his accurate description. He does lend, of course, but he has been a true mentor, sounding board and complete cheerleader for my partner and me. Above and beyond has been our experience with him as he absolutely understands the partnership aspect of this business since hes personally done all of it from the ground up. With Shauns help, guidance and encouragement, weve tackled 12 new projects in the last 6 months and I can honestly say we couldnt, or wouldnt, have done it without him.
