      image We have been weekly customers for 10+ years. Even after moving 15 miles away we continued to use this dry cleaner. Last week, we left a car seat cover strap to be repaired. I witnessed their daughter pinning the tag to the item, but somehow they "threw it away while cleaning". The owner called and said they would reimburse us, so we returned only to be told we need to bring the car seat cover in and they will make us a new strap. After two 30 mile round trips we still have no resolution and I am NOT going to leave the cover there for them to throw away as well! Very sad to be treated this way after so many years.
