Target

This is one of the cleanest targets in annarundle County + i noticed they are hard working people appreciate what they do for other people check out staff communicates very nice with people also are very sweet+i also noticed there cart people are amazing they work hard make sure we can grab a cart and they greet me as I walk in + every time I drive up for pickup they ask me how I am and tell me have a good day when they give me my bag this is my store. People who complain about this target are either rude to them try to do fraud or people who work at a different target given bad reviews and annapolis reviews are horrible then this target keep working hard nolpark target and people need to respect that these people try their best but if u don't like it don't come to it

everytime i come to customer service i have huge problems. they are not nice or trying to help at all. Its ALWAYS someone new and somehow the manager is always on break too. me: Hi! I would like to exchange these items they all came by mail damaged. ok would you like it back on your visa? me: can we exchange them for the products in my cart? no. just no. no explanation or anything me: um ok can i buy these items here then. i guess.. she then proceeded to scan the items i returned!!! i told her those are the returned items and she says i handed them to her to scan i asked to use my one card and she already processed it on another card. so i asked to switch the cards because thats not what i wanted and she got upset and just stared at me!! i then asked what can we do then? she sighed and said i have to return the items again. i said ok can we do that because again thats not the card i wanted to use. you should have waited and asked me. she then scans all the items and PUSHES them towards me and makes my items fall to the ground and doesnt say a THING when i told her theyre falling. she just looks at me dumbfounded!

This target used to be one of the best in the area, now it sucks. Its a mess, self checkout is often closed and if it is theyll only have one cashier.
