Bank of Glen Burnie

Please go to any other Bank of Glen Burnie. The ATM is always malfunctioning. They have the rudest bank tellers Ive ever met. The old white woman with the gray hair in a bun and black glasses snapped at me for trying to make a deposit. The fat black woman closed the lobby two minutes early. The woman then told me to go through the drive thru. I said I dont have a car. I proceed to go to the drive thru where the Old Gray Lady with the black glasses and bun snaps at me for trying to do my business. I wouldnt have even been here if I was allowed to go to the lobby which I made it to on time. Every time and this is the third and last time Ive been there the tellers act like I am a second class citizen. I am here to make a deposit. I am here to pay my rent. And these women talk and treat me like Im a second class citizen. Ill complain to management as many times as I have to in order to have better customer service for Glen Burnie residents.
