Ah yes, where do I start? We were leased a premium renovated apartment at $1890, moved in a few days later as we were coming from Massachusetts. Came to the apartment to find the complete opposite, there is a single fully functioning appliance in the house, there is another 1 that functions halfway, I guess? Oh dont stop there, they didnt actually renovate or make anything premium because they left tags on everything they replaced (and its pretty obviously). Meanwhile my BGE bill is through the roof because my HVAC nor any appliance cant function and the weather stripping on my premium home is ten years old. I dont think I even mentioned the smoke stains and failure of drywall repair in my renovated apartment or the floor coming up all around the apartment. As you can see in previous reviews, nothing was cleaned or functions property. The staff chose the items they thought were desperate to replace (that still have tags) and thats all they did, everything else they didnt touch or threw a flat white over it. If youd like to pay twice as more as you should for your service, Village Square is the place for you! PS. Dont post a generic CX (customer experience) post here, you dont even need to respond at all. Its here for everyone to see and you dont need to be sorry for my experience. If you want to throw someone under the bus, throw Morgan Properties there. Make their specialist deal with, instead you have office staff who are dealing with a situation much bigger than them. None of this language is directed to the staff because they are great outside of corporate/answering managers.

Honestly, this place is sorry as sh!t. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Im not even one to EVER leave reviews but after being here for a little over a month, i decided to put my two cent in and save someone else the stress. LOL. For starters, when I first moved in, the townhome was DISGUSTING. Im talking food in cabinets/drawers, countertops appeared to never be cleaned, dishwasher didnt work, CIGARETTES IN MY VENTS, light plate covers dirty, cracked & rusted out, my shower door falling off the track anytime you touch it (still isnt completely fixed lol), outlets broken, sinks clogging, inside of cabinets caving in, AC doesnt circulate at all upstairs during the summer and theyll just tell you to buy your own window unit keep in mind were RENTERS, its not a RENTERS responsibility to come up with a solution to a problem they cant be bothered to attempt to fix. literally you name it, it was probably an issue in my home. Our downstairs toilet has flooded 3 times now just from being here since August, causing the carpet to have to be replaced. Our walls are cracking underneath a window. You would think paying over 2k a month, these would be decent homes. Believe all the negative reviews, this property needs a serious upgrade. Not to mention, people let their dogs do as they please & just run around leash free & have no control over their dogs. Dog park gates dont even have a proper lock. Office never replies to emails regarding questions/concerns. 0/10, would not recommend. :)
