Oh. My. Gosh! I had absolutely no clue how sick my child was, but they did! They called 911 and saved my child from lack of oxygen. I just thought she had a cold. We were in the ICU FOR 3 days!!!!!! The nurse at this location knew right away and reacted so fast. I owe her EVERYTHING!

The nurse and provider we saw were very pleasant and respectful. They listened to my questions and concerns and responded appropriately. We had to wait for over 3 hours, but I get it, there were a lot of sick patients so this is not their fault. The front desk staff, on the other hand, could be a little more friendly, hence I took 1 star off in my review. The front desk staff were not mean in any way; they could have at least pretended to care a little more about their job and the patients.

I wasted almost 2 hours of my time for them to tell me what I already knew. They refused to give me an x-ray after just touching my foot because they decided they knew better than an x-ray would. Also they told me that if I were to let them wrap it and use this "special shoe", it would help it. It was a normal f-ing open toed shoe and no different then a normal shoe. Walking barefoot felt the exact same as how walking in the shoe felt. The doctor said I wouldn't need crutches because "I was fine and wouldn't need them", even though I clearly could not even walk on my foot and like this special shoe was supposed to help this case. Don't come here, completely useless. Got scammed out of my time and money, don't make the same mistake.

Brought my sister in for URI symptoms, and because every other time I have been to this facility they have done testing on both the child AND adult. I was informed this evening at our appointment that they do not offer this service to adults, anymore, even though when I mentioned getting us both tested for COVID to the Doctor, he said it would be fine. They refused to even check with the facility manager to see if it can be done for me, seeing as how it's too late for me to go anywhere else. Awful customer service, and it sucks that they'll tell you one thing and then change it up two seconds later.

This place is a joke. There is nothing urgent about their care. Do not go here unless you have an infant, who understandably gets seen almost always immediately, or a life threatening condition, which is when youd be going to the hospital anyways. I had a 12.40 appointment, which clearly means nothing. When we arrived, we were told upfront that they are running 1-1.5 hours behind (no idea how to thats even possible given they just opened at 10). They took us back in about 2 hours from our expected appointment time, and the doctor came in another 40 min later. I do not understand why in a world do they let you book an appointment? These are kids.. with meal schedules, nap schedules, tantrums and growth sprouts. Even for adult waiting for 3 hours (when you HAVE an appointment) is outrageous, so how can you do that to kids? I understand that emergencies happen but it doesnt cut it to simply put a sign at the reception that you are running late. Why then collecting contact info? Cant you send everyone a mass text and let your patients know to not come to their scheduled appointment and come how many hours later?!

About
PM Pediatric Urgent Care
PM Pediatric Care came to life in 2005, when Dr. Jeffrey Schor and Steven Katz - college roommates who went on to pursue careers in medicine and business - wanted to create an alternative to the emergency department and a friendly environment designed exclusively for children and young adults. Since then, PM Pediatric Care has expanded across the country with the mission to improve healthcare access, quality, and service. To date, we have seen over 4 million patients, treating everything from asthma attacks to sports injuries.
