Friendly staff, excellent customer service. I always feel so welcomed and enjoy visiting this branch. The manager is very understanding and handles situations the best of his abilities, despite of the demanding customers.

The tellers were very rude. Didnt greet or care about the people waiting. There was no sign that states wait to open an account so besides waiting in the line for a long time, once I finally got to the counter (only two people working and taking their time) told me to sit down and wait very rudely. Walter Paz was very pleasant and helped my daughter open up her first bank account but the other ladies could use a class in customer service.

Don't leave customers waiting in the lobby, without atleast acknowledging them, and letting them know you see them. You just let a $35,000 loan walk out your door.

Thanks to m&t bank I lost a day of pay and work. Went to try and use my card for a sample thing like gas. After my card was declined several times. I called m&t bank when I found out my card was canceled. And no one at M&t let me know. I also been having issues with m&t with other issues so please watch your account
