New management doesnt give a damn about you. They address NOTHING! Youre on your own! We all miss Monique! Should be renamed The Ghetto of Germantown. Its essentially an extension of the nearby most dangerous neighborhood, The Colony and ranks on par with it in terms of crime according to Neighborhood Scout. It is downright unsafe! In fact, one night in the late summer of 2023, dozens of cars were damaged in a mass overnight vandalism attack all across the property. Over the past year, the majority of quality and conscientious of residents have left. All that remains are the unemployed pot-smoking hood rats disrupting the lives of those who remain and actually work for a living. I wouldnt be surprised if the property were to be sold soon because no one wants to rent here. Good luck with maintenance. It takes MONTHS for anything to get done. I cant wait to move.

I am so dissapointed that Monique the previous property manager is no longer with Cherry Knolls. She was always very polite and respectful to all the residents. She will truly be missed by so many here. Im hoping that the new manager portrays the same compassion and great customer service as Monique did. I do realize that the front office no longer answers calls like they used to. That is concerning because thats usually not the norm. Overall I like the area and maintenance is great. They usually fix issues within a few days.

Unfortunately, when I spoke with the agents and planned to visit the place based on the promises they had made, I encountered a different scenario. They informed me that the apartment was no longer available, even though I had checked last night and this morning, and it was listed as available on the website. It was evident that the agents were exchanging glances, seemingly to coordinate the false advertisements or marketing claims made by one or two of them
