    I am live here for 9 years but i am thinking to leave this place, i receive the offer to renew but increase to much, and now every body renew, o new guest is force to take the internet they have on place, they don,t care if you have contract with other company that you like it, now you have to pay for parking 20 dollars for each car, my apartment and 9 year live here is not upgrade every other apartment has diferent color, i am still with the same white color when i get here, i think is time to looking for other place, not body can force someone to take what they want it, i have to buy the paint to keep my apartment in good condition, repair it and what ever i have to do, to look good

    Some neighbors smoke weed although management sends email notifications from time to time to remind tenants that it is a free smoking community. Starting from around 5 pm, finding parking becomes difficult even though each tenant pays $20 for an unreserved slot. Management charges $50 for "technology rent" per apartment per month that comes with 200 Mbps; it works well for TV and general internet activities, but it is not reliable for work; connection keeps dropping because their internet is setup like office environments. Not sure why office internet setup was used for this residential community. Also, mobile cellular signal is pretty weak in this location (one bar); can't make calls or browse internet. The gym has been closed for a year now for renovation and good luck getting refund of amenities fee that they charged for using the gym.

    I was at the Canterbury Apartments for 1 year (Oct 2022-Oct 2023). Overall, the renovated apartments are very nice and spacious. Some pros and cons: Pros 1. Spacious rooms 2. Quiet neighbors 3. Beautiful atmosphere 4. Maintenace fixed problems in a timely manner 5. Plenty of events in the community 6. Close to the highway and relatively safe 7. Rent is relatively low for the area as of (Oct 2022). Cons 1. I lived right above a daycare center, and I had no knowledge of this before I moved in. I would've chosen a different unit because when kids are dropped off and picked up can be a hassle in terms of parking and noise. 2. Guests have to pay to park($5-$7) 3. Parking at night is terrible. Almost can't find a parking space even though we residents pay $20 for it. 4. Towards the end of my lease I had a roast infestation. I left the country for about 10 days and came back to roaches crawling around in my kitchen and the living room area. I don't know if it was from my neighbors, but I clean my space on a daily basis. Even with the treatments, nothing worked. 5. Some of the neighbor's smoke weed. It was giving me headaches and the smell was horrendous. Hope this list helps anyone looking to move here!
