I had an appointment on Jan 15, 2024 ordered glasses and I am still waiting. They only had to update my prescription. I called several times, they would say my order was pending. I had to go into the store to get the truth. They lost or broke my frames, no one called to tell me. I was told to pick out a new pair AND I STILL DO NOT have my glasses almost 45 days later. I should have gone back to PEEPERS.

If you want your vision to be compromised and to be uninformed of the seriousness of your eye health, this Visionworks location at Waugh Chapel and the "doctor" that is there for patients is for you. Our family unfortunately went to Visonworks Waugh Chapel for check-up w/eye doctor and prescription glasses, husband always felt his glasses were never quite right, his eyesight got progressively worse, saw different eye doctor for next check-up, just found out that he has cataracts pretty bad, they scheduled surgery asap, The Visionworks doctor the last check-up told my husband that he had some cataracts starting and didn't suggest anything at all, AT ALL ... I absolutely can't recommend Visionworks at Waugh Chapel because they don't seem to care about people's eye health - Peepers in Bowie at the Market Place called and handled everything about the cataract diagnosis and surgery, had a professional staff, I recommend Peepers in Bowie at the Market Place over Visionworks at Waugh Chapel if you value your eye health. seriously
