Went into the store the other day and had spoken to a the manager Jen she was very rude and brushed me off about where a certain shirt/Jersey was in the store so I went to another employee to express my frustration when I asked them was she normally like this they laughed and basically explained yes and said she is always rude to customers and employees as well when I asked for corporate number she came up with a lame excuse about how she couldnt give it to me it made me very uncomfortable and will probably go to Wheaton and its making me go further out even though Gaithersburg is right down the street from my home

I came into the store to exchange an item close to closing and the manager Jen who helped me with the exchange had a very nasty attitude, was not customer friendly because we were still in the store past closing about 15 minutes after closing and I continued to apologize for holding her up and she had no remorse and i felt extremely bad for holding her up and she could care less her body language and facial expressions showed. That she was very angry she made us very uncomfortable and we wont be making to many trips to that store if we have to.

Shopped in here numerous times over the years. Customer service is always sparse but good. This place is always stocked with the best outdoor gear, tumblers, canoes, and all outdoor supplies you could need(within reason).

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of everything. It reminds me a lot of sport authority . They sell shoes, raincoats, soccer balls , bicycles everything. And its well located too

They have all sorts of sports gear and athletic wear. The baseball selection was good and had the gear I needed.
