I started using this storage unit last month and the experience has been subpar. I saw an ad for first month rent free and decided to use this location, but when I got to the location with all of my stuff and truck the day of my move, the owner tried to tell me it's rent free the second month. I refused to budge and told her I had called days ahead to ask about the first month rent free with the location manager. Eventually, she couldnt hold her lie and gave me my unit with first month free rent. A few weeks into using the storage unit, I started finding rat droppings all over my stuff and the rats also ate my plants. And my unit is in an interior storage unit facing away from the streets where you need a passcode to get inside. I can't wait until I move my stuff out of there.
