No hidden fees, 24 hour access, and better pricing than the nearby complexes- plus you're shopping local and there are no elevators to deal with- it's an easy win. Great location, and Helen is super friendly to work with.

Great location to to leave your belongings behind. I was blown away with the detail of customer service giving by the property manager, I almost didnt want to go home. The unit aisles are well lit, climate controlled and clean! If you need storage, look no further

WORTH IT
I've used SGSS a couple of times so far and I have to say the management staff and esp. Helen makes it extremely easy and hassle free. Costs are reasonable and location is perfect. Clean and just what is needed.

I have been nothing but happy with Shady Grove Self Storage. I've been renting there for about one year and they have great customer service. They are conveniently located on Shady Grove Road and their units are climate controlled. Parking is never a problem there. 24-hour access is a big plus! No need to wait when you need to access your storage unit. I would highly recommend.
