Dishonest billing practices. I picked this place for shoulder rehab after price shopping other facilities. I was told 4 - 5 times by the person processing me that I would be full covered under insurance. However this would have been the case had I gone to a facility that isn't associated with a hospital. Because this place is owned by a hospital, my insurance charged me an unexpected $500. Icing in the cake.... They did nothing for my shoulder... Waste of money.

This center gets a bad review primarily for its billing problems. The claims from the billing department to my insurance were made in a manner that seemed like a third party was supposed to pay the bills. This is preventing my insurance from making payments. I called the Billing department for the Rehab twice and they have not fixed any of their claims. Now I do not want to get any more appointments because I do not want to be responsible for all the bills, if the billing department is unable to file claims accurately. In the last conversation I had with the billing department, where I asked them to take responsibility of fixing the claims, I was told "you are the customer, so you have to keep calling till this is fixed!!!!". Are there any supervisors out there reading this ?

Appointments are on time with therapists. Know that your therapist will stick to the plan and goals to get moving.
