This place does not work. I wasted a lot of money for a family member who relapsed in under a month of completing the coures/IOP. I want my money back, can I get a refund?

This place was actually pretty good I just never gave it a shot or a chance, and left early when I shouldnt have, but look alike Steve o and you know who you are, and big Mike and that one lady who I always used to do karaoke with and of course I cant forget about the guy who went to war for us and that other therapist who loves the John wick trilogies and Keanu reeves who talked to me when I was really going through something! you are the real ones and all the women as well I truly miss you guys and girls very deeply! All I got to say is this place was actually really good your not smart if you dont choose this place! And dont go there! I never gave it a shot but for the most part theres a lot of good people at this place that truly care about your well being and your recovery and mental health! And thats all I got to say miss all you guys and sorry I didnt make it work out! And I totally understand why you never took me back, I shouldve never left this place! But yeah thats all I got to say!

After struggling with alcohol addiction for several years, I found myself in several different recovery centers. I ended up finally at fresh start recoveries, and it changed my life. They offer therapy, caseworkers, alumni, family therapy, doctors that can diagnose and prescribe mental health issues, nutrition, artwork, mindfulness with yoga and meditation, etc. They also have a completely separate mental health section. The schedule is set up as such that you go all day with classes that range from mindfulness to step work to nutrition to artwork to overcoming your past and pushing you towards your future. We attend either N/A or AA meetings every night. It is a very close knit, typically smaller group so a lot of sharing goes on as well as a lot of healing. Its also allowing me to begin to get back onto a workday schedule so when Im ready I can go back to work. I am in the PHP (partial hospitalization program), but they also offer in person IOP as well as online IOP. We are in a beautiful home setting, go to class from 8 to 3 every day then we come back to our home and make our dinner and have some free time together with the housemates, and then we go to a meeting and its setting me up to prepare to get back into a normal life routine. All of the counselors are super nice well educated and are in recovery as well. We also have planned outings each week. I would certainly recommend fresh start, I am very happy here, and for the first time in several years actually feel like Im gonna make it this time.
