I was told that I was going to be reimbursed for the damage to my vehicle, which at the time I had to pay out of my own money but after calling they told me that they could not do it because the deductible amount was not enough, in the end I had to pay out of pocket. my pocket having full coverage insurance, Jade the agent told me that he would speak to the claims department and when he did he told me that they would only ask for my bank account number to be deposited and that everything was going to be in my benefit, but when I called again they told me that the money I paid could not be refunded. I solemnly ask God that a major accident does not happen to me in the future, because in view of the situations I do not think he will be safe, he will help me much.
