It is very unfortunate that in the middle of a pandemic, when organizations are using technology and doing their best to keep people safe...this organization doesn’t care. They called me and asked me to come in for a job interview at 11am. I got about three reminders, including on the day of the interview. I got to the office at 10:30am, because they asked me to be 15min early. I was asked to drop off my resume, fill out a form and wait in a briefing room. I had no idea that this was an orientation/briefing session. All the communication prior to this meeting, did not reveal this. A few others showed up for the so called interview, and they were asked to do exactly what I had done. At 11am, someone came into the room and made a presentation about the firm and how to become a sales agent. After his presentation, he gave us a handout and a survey to fill out. He mentioned that we will get a call back for a one on one interview session, based on the information we fill out on our survey. The last question on the survey was asking us to list names and contacts of people who may be interested in this offer. I find their entire strategy to be unprofessional and deceitful. This briefing session should have been done via zoom. No one needs to leave their home in this trying time, if it is not super important. It was a total waste of time and resources to commute to a place, hoping to attend a scheduled interview, only to find out it was just a briefing session.

This office should be closed because no one is ever there, but the receptionist. I have left several messages for a call back, no response. Bad business!!!! Lost Customer due to horrible customer service..
