These guys were great. I decided to get the upstairs floor redone with a nicely finished wood floor. The previous floor was a mixture of uneven carpet and laminated/tile/I don't know what. After removing the carpet we found some surprises and the reasons behind the uneven floor. They put the extra work to get the floor even and ensure the final product was great. I cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish, they remained professional and did the job correctly. The team worked so hard to remove my carpet and install hardwood floors. The job was done quickly but beautifully. Its been about 3 months and we are so happy with our lovely hardwood floors. Their pricing is very affordable compared to other companies in the area too! Black Floors just completed new hardwood floor installation in my living room as well as refinished the floors in my upstairs bedrooms. I am very surprised at how quickly and smoothly the job was performed. Working from home, I was expecting a lot of disruption to my workday, but I was happily pleased at how mindful the crew was to create as little disruption as possible. Right from the start, the owner was very responsive and seemed experienced when presenting all the available options for my project.
