I highly recommend Prospect Hardwood Flooring! They are the rare unicorn combo of top quality, great people & easy experience, and fair pricing.They did a phenomenal job refinishing our Brazilian cherry hardwood floors when we bought our house. We wanted a darker color, which can be very tricky with this wood, and they made them look beautiful! Not the best photos from my phone, but photos of the before and the darker after. The owner, Joe, is great - he went above and beyond before, during, and after to communicate well and make sure we were happy. Alyssa in the office is fantastic, and every person at Prospect we met was great. They were such a pleasure to work with. The project had a super tight timeline between our closing and move-in, and they made it happen. The last day of the project we had a serious HVAC ceiling leak, and the guys had to stay super late to finish so we could still move in the next day. Most others would not have done that! After a furniture delivery company scratched our gorgeous new floors, Prospect came back to the rescue and did a fantastic job with the repair. These guys are the best, can't recommend highly enough. On time, on point. Sales, installation and office staff have got it together, its hard to find installers that strive for perfection and these guys do, they care and understand that work quality is a direct reflection of them. I went old school with raw wood, that they installed and finished, came out perfect!!

I have never had a better experience working with a contractor of any kind than the experience with Prospect Hardwood Flooring. From start to finish, Joe and team were top notch. Their pricing was more than competitive, they started and finished when they said they would, the work was impeccable, the crew cleaned up every night and any questions or issues we had were addressed immediately. Joe and his team were amazing. They were able to get into our house and complete the job in 8 days before we had to move in. I would hire again in a heartbeat.
