I am very active and trusted this practice of doctors. I had a failed bunion/hammertoe surgery. After the practice was paid (a few weeks) and the surgery clearly had not helped the problem, but was actually making the problem much more painful. I paid thousands of dollars, and many months (so far) unable to do my work or normal activity. I am beyond disappointed. I called to complain and they gave me names of other podiatrists. They were very disrespectful, did not follow up, did not call back, or even document notes with integrity. The problems created from this surgery may be permanent and they have made no attempts to try and correct this blunder. I tried to call their human resource department and leave complaints for the doctor who refused to call back, and office manager who hung up twice telling me the doctors had other patients. I guess they were really saying "We got your money, joke is on you."

Dr Dua Is something special Before I went to see her I called with an issue Dr D called me in late afternoon And talked about my problem And took her caring time She is a great addition to there Dr team She stills contacts me and has helped me get through Very knowledgeable and thoughtful Thanks you Dr D CGM
